7 Steps to your new position

Initial Contact

You are welcomed to send application documents for an advertised position, but also pro-active. Send the documents by post or online. It also might happen that we are the ones, who contact you directly.

Evaluation of your documents

We check, whether your profile matches the requirements of the new challenge and whether it is in line with the expectations of our client.

If you have applied unsolicited, we check if and how we can support you on your future career path. We also constantly compare your profile with our incoming mandates.

Interview Phase

After checking you documents, we’ll have a short phone interview and feedback. It may happen that we invite you for an initial interview in our offices.

Exchange with our client

After a successful initial interview in our offices, we forward (in your accordance) your documents together with a confidential report to our client. We then exchange ideas with our client and it is his choice how to proceed in the project.

Interview with our client

You’ll then get to know your potential new employer in an additional job interview. We coordinate the meeting and often also participate the interview as a facilitator.

6.
Contract Phase

If you and your potential employer agree on a mutual future together, the contract phase begins. Of course, also in this phase we are here to support you with any type of advise.

7.
Onboarding-Phase

After you have started working in your new position, we regularly contact you within the time of onboarding. We want to find out whether you feel happy in your new company and position – and if this may actually not be the case –  we will search for suitable solutions or try to interact with your employer on your behalf.
