You’ll hear from us within 3 working days
After checking you documents, we’ll have a short phone interview and feedback. If there is a match between the requirements to the position you applied and your skills we invite you for an interview in our offices.

Exchange with our client
After a successful initial interview in our offices, we forward (in your accordance) your documents together with a confidential report to our client. We then exchange ideas with our client and it is his choice how to proceed in the project.
max. 3-5 candidates will be presented to mandates
Interview with our client
You’ll then get to know your potential new employer in an additional job interview. We coordinate the meeting and often also participate the interview as a facilitator.
If you and your potential employer agree on a mutual future together, the contract phase begins. Of course, also in this phase we are here to support you with any type of advise.
After you have started working in your new position, we regularly contact you within the time of onboarding. We want to find out whether you feel happy in your new company and position – and if this may actually not be the case – we will search for suitable solutions or try to interact with your employer on your behalf.
