As part of a cooperative degree program, Rainer Haske completed his apprenticeship as industrial management assistant in an internationally active company in the agricultural technology and graduated in industrial engineering and management at FHWT Diepholz. Subsequently, he worked for some years in sales (national and international) of a globally operating machinery and plant construction company of the agricultural and food industry.
Simultaneously along with his professional activities, he completed his master’s degree in sales engineering with focus on management and sales.

Since November 2012 he advises companies of the agricultural and food industry on filling vacancies with high qualified executives and experts in the national and international context.

Rainer Haske – until last authorised signatory and team leder agri joined the management board at the beginning of 2020 and is now responsible for managing and control the company, together with owner and managing partner Dr. Clemens Schwerdtfeger.

Rainer Haske lives in Emstek with his wife and their two kids. He spends his free time enjoying sports activities and traveling.
