Born and grown up on a farm in the Allgäu region, Ottmar Hindelang graduated in business management. Subsequently he was employed as HR manager in two large Bavarian trading and manufacturing companies for several years. After that he worked as general manager in a medium-sized company of agribusiness in Bavaria and Baden-Wuerttemberg for almost two decades.

Since Mai 2016 Ottmar Hindelang is team member of Dr. Schwerdtfeger Agri HR Consult and assists clients in filling management positions in the south of Germany.

He enjoys cycling and mountain climbing in the nature during his free time.
