Cathleen Nuxoll

Following her graduation from Liebfrauenschule Vechta, Cathleen Nuxoll completed an apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade clerk at a globally operating stable equipment supplier in the poultry and pork industry. Afterwards, she gained valuable experience not only in inside sales but also as part of a training team for the company’s internationally operating subsidiaries.
Seeking new challenges, she transitioned to her family’s business where she was responsible for employee support, customer relations, and day-to-day administration and organization.
Since February 2024, Mrs. Nuxoll has been part of the Dr. Schwerdtfeger HR Consulting team, overseeing applicant management and administration. She supports the consultants and serves as the primary contact for organizational matters.
From Belgium and now a resident of Vechta by choice, she resides there with her husband and child, enjoying her free time with family, friends, good films, and books.
