Team Assistance

Kerstin Böckmann supports the consultants of Dr. Schwerdtfeger HR consult in their daily business since January 2017. As a team assistant in the back office she works both in the administration and in project management.

Mrs Böckmann is grown up on a wholesale and external trade establishment of the poultry sector. As professional interior decorator she ran her parent’s company and has subsequently gained experience in the areas of human resources and administration at a company in the tourism industry.

Kerstin Böckmann lives with her husband and their children in Emstek. In her free time she dedicates her time to her family, music and enjoys jogging.
