Dr. Clemens Schwerdtfeger

As the son of a farmer Dr. Clemens Schwerdtfeger successfully completed his studies at the University of Göttingen, followed by a doctorate of rural business development in Vechta-Osnabrück. Afterwards he worked abroad for the agricultural commission in Brussels as well as the US Department of Agriculture in Washington DC.
From 1992 to 1997 he was personal advisor and head of unit by the Prime Minister of Saxony-Anhalt. He was responsible for the operative management of Human Resources and Organisation in a large international medium-sized trading company from 1998.

Based on this experience he founded Dr. Schwerdtfeger HR Consult in 2002, in order to support successful and growing companies in the discreet and legitimate recruitment of executives and experts.

Besides company management he is responsible for mandates at business and management level.

Dr. Clemens Schwerdtfeger is married and the father of three children. He is involved with economic and social forums and associations (IHK committees, Agriculture and Food Forum Oldenburger Münsterland, Civic Foundation of Emstek, Lions Club Cloppenburg-Soeste, Friends’ association of the Catholic Academy Stapelfeld, Circle of friends of Wakkerstrom etc.).
