Lukas Seidel
Junior HR Consultant Food & International
After graduating from school in 2016, Lukas Seidel decided to pursue a dual study program in the Hanseatic City of Bremen, which he successfully completed in 2020. He then completed his master’s degree in business psychology and gained practical experience as a working student in the field of management consulting, among other things. During an internship in 2023, he got to know Dr. Schwerdtfeger Personalberatung and successfully completed his master’s degree with a master’s thesis on “International Growth Strategies” in cooperation with our company.
Following the internship, Mr. Seidel changed to a permanent position as a Junior HR Consultant for the areas of Food & International at Dr. Schwerdtfeger Personalberatung and has been part of the team ever since.
Mr. Seidel grew up in Cuxhaven and now lives in Vechta. He likes to spend his free time with family, friends and soccer.
