After completing her studies in law at the University of Marburg and passing her legal internship in Osnabruck, Isabel Purnhagen did further education in labor and business law.

As fully qualified lawyer, she gained first experiences in the area of personnel services in the Employment Agency of Lubeck.

Since June 2008, Isabel Purnhagen is part of the team of Dr. Schwerdtfeger HR Consult. As Head of Research, she is responsible for direct approach and executive search since 2010. Further, she supports companies from the social and charitable as well as legal environment in finding executives and specialists and is also responsible for the career counseling.

Miss Purnhagen lives in Cloppenburg and spends her leisure time among her family and friends. Besides she gets enthusiastic about film, literature, music and traveling.
