Ideally, you do this with some distance from your daily routine, e. g. after a long weekend or vacation. It can also be helpful to talk to your partner and friends about this.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In the course of our years of experience thinking about and concisely (two sentences max.) answering the following questions not only turned out to be a good assistance in the self-reflection process. It also builds a solid foundation for an expedient and productive collaboration.
