Afterwards he worked abroad for the agricultural commission in Brussels as well as the US Department of Agriculture in Washington DC.<br \/>\nFrom 1992 to 1997 he was personal advisor and head of unit by the Prime Minister of Saxony-Anhalt. He was responsible for the operative management of Human Resources and Organisation in a large international medium-sized trading company from 1998.<\/p>\n<p>Based on this experience he founded Dr. Schwerdtfeger HR Consult in 2002, in order to support successful and growing companies in the discreet and legitimate recruitment of executives and experts.<\/p>\n<p>Besides company management he is responsible for mandates at business and management level.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Clemens Schwerdtfeger is married and the father of three children.
