In the course of a succession we are currently recruiting for the challenging position as:

Key Account Manager Poultry DACH/Nordics (f/m/d)


Your Task

You take responsibility for the distribution of the poultry range of products regarding autonomous vaccines for livestock in the northern countries as well as Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In addition you are in charge of the further development of the product terms of identifying trends within your markets as well as the needs of the customers. Based on your analytical results you develop appropriate, sustainable strategies to optimize and strengthen the prosperous market position of the company. Furthermore you will act as a connector internally by staying in touch with the different departments and providing relevant information for the staff in charge.

Further tasks include:

  • Achieve success by regular visits of Key Accounts in the poultry industry in the territories
  • Drive sales growth of the poultry vaccines and foster customer loyalty to the company
  • Establish sales strategy and approach for the poultry vaccines in the territory.
  • Support the sales team on trade fairs

Your Profile

Based upon an academic background in veterinary medicine or agricultural sciences you have already gathered several years of professional experience in the poultry vaccine market on an international level. Your expertise covers technical skills as well as substantiated sales know-how. In addition you convince personally with strong communicative competencies and a confident, likable personality plus a self-contained and self-motivated function.

Furthermore you bring:

  • 5 years of practical, technical and/or sales support in the field of animal health
  • Very good strategic and conceptual skills, as well as presentation skills
  • Ability to understand troubleshoot and explain technical aspects of business
  • Flexible and outgoing with customers and team and able to deal with diverse groups
  • Good negotiations skills, and excellent verbal/written communication skills in German and English, further languages are advantageous.
