Business Account Manager Europe (m/f/d) (Home-Office)


Your Task

This management position offers you the chance to take responsibility for the establishment and further sustainable development of key-account relations as well as the product portfolio within a defined sales area focused on several European regions.  You will act as the main contact person and primary link between our client and its customers within a complex market setting. Aiming to offer your customers individual solutions to settle their needs by developing and enhancing innovative, optimized products you will build new and intensify present customer relations.

Additional tasks on your agenda are:

  • Lead and Strategic consulting of regional (key) account managers
  • Definition of sales and profit targets
  • Coordination and support of product launches within the European markets

Your Profile

Based on an academic background in agricultural science or a comparable education you have already gained profound experience in the animal nutrition industry in an international B2B-environment. You take pleasure in developing and enhancing your own skills and knowledge by becoming acquainted with new topics and solving challenging tasks. Furthermore you like to optimize procedures and workflows. The position requires a person who is suited with a strong team spirit as well as distinct leadership skills, especially regarding the ability to motivate and lead employees in an appreciating manner.

In addition you have:

  • exceptional analytical skills as well as a strong customer-, service- and solution-orientated way of thinking and acting
  • Profound intercultural competences and delight to work with customers, employees and colleagues in a fast-moving, dynamic, international environment
  • A convincing, likeable character and business fluent skills of the English language

Skills in further European languages are advantageous.
